Refund and Replacement Policy

While we stand behind the quality of our product, if you discover a visible physical manufacturing defect that can affect the performance of the product, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement product.

We have a 30-day refund and replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

In order for your product purchase to be eligible under this policy, the defect must be detrimental to the performance of the product itself (cosmetic and packaging defects are ineligible) and you must be able to provide the following:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • Description of the defect along with supporting images and/or video of the packaging and product itself

To start a request, please select the corresponding reason on our Contact Us form and note whether you would like a replacement or refund. If your request is accepted, we will contact you through the contact information provided in the request and then coordinate further.

Accepted Refunds
If you requested a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Accepted Replacements
If you request a replacement product, we will send the same product to the address specified in the request with no additional cost to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
